Before you start using the CapyMood application and its services, please read and understand these Terms of Use ("the Agreement") carefully. By downloading, installing, or using CapyMood, you indicate that you have read and agree to all the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

CapyMood is designed to help users understand and manage daily stress by monitoring Heart Rate Variability (HRV). We provide services including data analysis, trend analysis, and personalized recommendations. Please note, CapyMood is not a medical device and should not be used for any medical diagnosis or treatment purposes.

Under no circumstances shall CapyMood, its developers, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data loss, or business interruption damages.

We reserve the right to modify the terms of this Agreement at any time. Any such modifications will be announced through the CapyMood application or our official website. Continued use of the services will be considered as acceptance of these modifications.

9. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

The interpretation, application, and related disputes of this Agreement are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any dispute arising from or related to this Agreement should first be resolved through amicable negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party has the right to submit the dispute to the People's Court where CapyMood is registered for adjudication.

10. Final Interpretation

PixelPunk Inc. has the final right to interpret this Agreement.
