Terms of Use[LiveLog]

1.General Provisions

LiveLog provides its services in accordance with the terms outlined in this Terms of Use agreement (“Agreement”). These terms may be updated by the developers of LiveLog at any time without prior notice. Once updated, the new version of this Agreement will be published within the application and will immediately replace the previous version.

Before using the services provided by LiveLog, you must carefully read this Agreement. If you do not agree to this Agreement or any modifications made to it, you must immediately stop using all services provided by LiveLog. By using LiveLog’s services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms of this Agreement, including any updates, and you become a LiveLog user (“User”).

2.Service Description

LiveLog currently provides the following services:

• Conversion of videos to Live Photos;
• Editing of Live Photos, including adjusting sound, changing cover images, and adding text;
• Creation of Live Photo collages.

Unless otherwise explicitly stated, any new features or products that enhance or expand the current services will also be governed by this Agreement.

You acknowledge and agree that LiveLog’s services are provided on an “as is” basis. LiveLog shall not be held liable for any delays, deletion, transmission errors, failure to store user information or personalized settings, or other issues. LiveLog reserves the right to suspend any part of its services for maintenance, upgrades, or other purposes without prior notice.

3.Compliance with Laws

As a user of LiveLog, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in the jurisdiction where you reside or use the service. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of LiveLog is lawful and does not infringe upon the rights of others, including but not limited to intellectual property rights and privacy rights.

If your use of LiveLog involves any actions or activities that are subject to the laws of the jurisdiction where LiveLog operates, you agree to comply with such laws.

4.Privacy Policy

The registration information you provide, as well as other data retained by LiveLog, will be handled in accordance with the privacy laws of the jurisdiction where LiveLog operates and LiveLog’s Privacy Policy.

5.Content Provider Responsibility

In accordance with applicable laws, LiveLog reminds you that all content (including but not limited to text, photos, and videos) uploaded or published through this service is the sole responsibility of the content provider. LiveLog provides only storage space for user content and does not control the content transmitted through this service. Therefore, LiveLog does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or quality of such content.

You understand that while using this service, you may encounter content that is offensive, inappropriate, or objectionable. Under no circumstances will LiveLog be liable for any content; however, LiveLog reserves the right to block or remove content and take appropriate actions in compliance with applicable laws, including but not limited to suspending user access to the service, preserving records, and reporting to relevant authorities.

6.User Conduct

Users agree not to engage in any illegal or inappropriate activities while using LiveLog, including but not limited to the following:

• Publishing or disseminating illegal, infringing, or inappropriate content;
• Interfering with or disrupting the normal operation of the service, or attempting to gain unauthorized access to systems or data;
• Uploading or spreading content containing viruses, advertisements, spam, or malicious code;
• Violating others’ intellectual property rights or privacy rights;
• Engaging in any other activities that violate applicable laws or regulations.

If you violate any of the above provisions, LiveLog reserves the right to immediately terminate your access to the service and pursue legal action.

7.Special Notice for International Use

You understand the borderless nature of the internet and agree to comply with the local laws and regulations governing online behavior and content in the country or region where you reside.

8.User Content

Users must ensure that all content uploaded or published through LiveLog is lawful and does not infringe upon the legitimate rights of any third parties. By uploading content, you grant LiveLog a global, royalty-free, irrevocable, and perpetual license to use, display, and promote the content as permitted by law.

9.Disclaimer

Users assume all risks associated with using this service. LiveLog makes no guarantees regarding the continuity or functionality of the service.

LiveLog is not liable for any loss of data, service interruptions, or other damages arising from the use of its services.

10.Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where LiveLog is headquartered, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

In the event of a dispute arising from or related to this Agreement, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through friendly negotiations. If negotiations fail, the dispute shall be submitted to arbitration under the rules of a recognized arbitration institution. The arbitration ruling shall be final and binding on both parties.

11.Updates to the Agreement

LiveLog reserves the right to update this Agreement at any time. Updates will be published within the application, with the date of the latest revision indicated. By continuing to use LiveLog after the Agreement has been updated, you are deemed to have accepted the revised terms.
