
Terms of Use[Minus Photos]
1.General Provisions
Minus Photos provides its services in accordance with the terms outlined in this Terms of Use agreement (“Agreement”). These terms may be updated by the developers of Minus Photos at any time without prior notice. Once updated, the new version of this Agreement will be published within the application and will immediately replace the previous version.
Before using the services provided by Minus Photos, you must carefully read this Agreement. If you do not agree to this Agreement or any modifications made to it, you must immediately stop using all services provided by Minus Photos. By using Minus Photos, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms of this Agreement, including any updates.
2.Service Description
Minus Photos currently provides the following services: organizing and managing photos and videos, including quickly deleting unwanted media, adding photos to albums, identifying and managing similar or duplicate photos, and cleaning up screenshots, videos, and empty albums.
Unless otherwise explicitly stated, all new features and products are also subject to this Agreement.
You acknowledge and agree that this service is provided on an “as is” basis. Minus Photos is not responsible for any delays, deletion, transmission errors, or other issues. Minus Photos reserves the right to suspend any part of its services for maintenance, upgrades, or other purposes without prior notice.
3.Compliance with Laws
You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. During use, you must not engage in any activity that violates laws or disrupts the normal operation of the service. If you violate any applicable laws, Minus Photos reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service without notice.
4.Privacy Policy
Minus Photos runs locally on your device and does not rely on servers or cloud-based operations. Your photos, videos, and related data remain stored on your device, ensuring data security. All relevant information provided during use is protected under applicable privacy laws and Minus Photos’ Privacy Policy.
5. User Conduct
Users must not use this service to:
- Interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of the service, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to data or systems;
- Upload or distribute malicious code such as viruses, advertisements, or spam;
- Engage in actions that compromise the security or privacy of others’ devices;
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
If you engage in any of the above behaviors, Minus Photos reserves the right to terminate your use of the service and take legal action.
6. Special Notice for International Use
You understand the borderless nature of the internet and agree to comply with local laws and regulations regarding online behavior and content in the country or region where you reside.
7. Disclaimer
- You assume all risks associated with using this service. Minus Photos makes no guarantees regarding the continuity, stability, or functionality of the service.
- Minus Photos is not liable for any data loss, service interruptions, or other damages caused by the use of its services.
- It is recommended that users regularly back up their data to avoid data loss due to misoperation or other reasons.
8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Minus Photos operates, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
In the event of a dispute arising from or related to this Agreement, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through friendly negotiations. If negotiations fail, the dispute shall be submitted to arbitration under the rules of a recognized arbitration institution. The arbitration ruling shall be final and binding on both parties.
9. Updates to the Agreement
Minus Photos reserves the right to update this Agreement at any time. Updates will be published within the application, with the date of the latest revision indicated. By continuing to use Minus Photos after the Agreement has been updated, you are deemed to have accepted the revised terms.
